Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.


Do We Accept Returns?

Yes. Lauvin accepts returns for all products as long as the request is submitted within 30 days and the item meets the conditions listed below.


Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by the order confirmation or packing slip

How to Start a Return

1. Contact Us

Email us at info@lauvin.com before sending anything back.

2. Return Authorization

Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number and detailed instructions.

3. Package the Item

Carefully repackage the product in its original packaging with all accessories included.

4. Add the RA Number

Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the return package.


Return Label Policy

  • Defective / damaged / incorrect item:
    A free return label will be provided by Lauvin.

  • Change of mind:
    Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return label and covering shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.

For all other situations:

  1. Submit a return request

  2. Once approved and returned, place a new order for the desired item


Return Method

All returns must be shipped by mail only.


Restocking Fees

$0.00 — We do not charge restocking fees.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email notification.
If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective product?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Your order number

We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, exchange, or refund.


Cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet shipped.
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@lauvin.com.

If the order has already shipped, it will need to follow the return process.
